
Now in its 15th year, the Bentleys National Aged Care Financial Survey has collected data and insight from
close to 350 aged care facilities. It provides the tools to assess and compare operating costs across services
and to identify those areas in which you can improve performance.
Feedback from previous participants and stakeholders has alerted us to the fact that reports and spreadsheets
on their own aren't always enough. Each aged care service has their own unique circumstances and questions
so we will be delivering results in interactive forums – including webinars and workshops. These forums
will assist you with the interpretation of the data.
Webinars are a cost effective way to participate in an interactive forum. There are no specific software requirements.
