Price: $200 (ex GST) per provider
Through analysis of your 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 General Purpose Financial Reports, this report builds upon the 2006 CAP Ratio Analysis (conducted by Bentleys in conjunction with the Department of Health and Ageing) and will provide a top-line assessment of your financial 'health' compared to others. It will also provide a snapshot of performance across the industry.
Customised Performance Report

For non- participating services - $400 per service or 3 services for $1000 (ex GST)
Following collation of your P+L and other benchmarking data, we process your information and deliver a report that provides a customised comparison of how your service is performing against national and state averages and pinpoints areas of under/over performance. This report will indicate exactly where money can be saved in future planning.
Cost Centre Reports
Price: $300 per Cost Centre (ex GST)
A tailored report is available to provide national and state averages for the cost centres that are pertinent to you. These reports will provide you with a per resident per day average figure, with comparisons for metropolitan vs non-metropolitan facilities.

Benchmarking Data – Details are provided for approximately 350 (de-identified) aged care facilities across a range of measures, including:

Accreditation status;

This data is provided via an excel spreadsheet which allows you to conduct your own “slicing and dicing”.
National and State Averages – Comparative national and state averages provide guidelines for measuring against. Averages are provided on both line item level and cost centre level.
Top 25% Averages – A report on averages for the top 25% across the nation will be provided.
